Description

Gentlemen’s verge fusee pocket watch in gold plated case with painted dial showing a pair of lovers sitting outside beneath some tree’s. The dial shows some damage here and there.

The heavy case looks to be gold but bears no hallmarks. The material is unidentified by us simply because it could be all sorts of things. Possibly plated silver or plated brass. The case shows no wear or tear to the metal.

The verge fusee movement is a typical French version with hand engraved balance bridge.
Winds and ticks smoothly, comes with winding key.
