The watch remains in good condition featuring a so called ’spider-dial’ which is a natural proces by which the dial’s coating ends up showing numerous little cracks (see pictures).
The sturdy gold case shows minor signs of use with the exceptional of some superficial scratches and a tiny little dent (see pictures).
The signed hand wound Cal. 78-1 is clean and running wel with fine accuracy.
Case bears multiple 18K gold hallmarks and a Swiss ‘Helvetia’ stamp.
Later bracelet and buckle, original Cartier box.
