Warranty

At Mokum Watches your watch has been thoroughly checked and comes with a six months mechanical warranty on wristwatches and a three months mechanical warranty on pocket watches. 

Our watches are most of the times driven by mechanical movements and therefore not as accurate as quartz watches. All wristwatches movements are regulated and will therefore be running within good standards of time we expect from a mechanical watch. 

We can’t guarantee our pocket watches will run on time like our wristwatches do. The movements of our pocket watches are at least one hundred years old and not as accurate as wristwatches. None of our watches are guaranteed waterproof. 

Customary knowledge and care are necessary, any damage or faults caused by unprofessional handling will not fall under our guarantee.
