This stunning Swiss minute repeater pocket watch is housed in a 18 karat rosé gold case engraved with a personal engraving in Italian; Al Gran Artista Bertin ‘ La empresa de la Zarzuela’ 12-XI-1906. The case has some small dents here and there as you can see in the pictures. All lids close tightly, the front lid opens powerfully when pushing the top button.
The enamel dial is signed by the maker. Black large Roman hour indication and blued steel ‘spades’ hands and a decentralized seconds hand. A few thin hairlines but almost invisible with the naked eye.
One of the finer quality minute repeater movements out there with the desirable wolf tooth winding gears. The finishing of the bridges and balance shows this movement was made by one of the highest quality Swiss makers. Runs and winds smoothly with the repeating mechanism working perfectly with clear and beautiful tones.
