A automatic 1954 Omega Seamaster in gold-filled case with black gilt Breguet style dial.
The black glossy dial looks great and untouched. Applied golden omega logo and italic Seamaster signature. To complete the dial Omega used Breguet style numerals on the 3, 9 and 12 position with long sharp lume plot filled indices on the other positions, a treat for the eye.
The gold-filled case shows minor scratches. The gold-filled coating has not worn off anywhere on the case. The screw down case back is marked Omega and Ref.6249. Original clover gold-filled Omega crown.
The Cal.490 is as clean as they get, runs smooth and keeps time well.
Strap and buckle are aftermarket.
