Rolex Datejust ‘Birch Wood’ Ref. 16018 from 1983

22,500

Mesmerizing Rolex Datejust 16018 from 1983 with an exceptional dial made out of birch wood in astonishing condition. The use of wood in dial making is almost completely appropriated by Rolex, with the vast majority of these dials used on Day-Date references such as the 18038 or 18238, and are far more unlikely to be found on their Datejust models. Description

We are delighted to offer to you today this exceptional ‘Burlwood/Birch Wood’ specimen paired on a rare ‘permanent link’ President bracelet, accompanied by sales tag, box and its original case back sticker, in superb unpolished condition.
In our opinion hard to beat value for money due to the limited number of Birchwood Datejust timepieces available.

After closely examining the watch we can’t discover any worth to mention flaws. There are hardly any scratches and the bracelet shows to be in a sturdy non-stretched condition. The dial is immaculate, with a highly attractive gold lettering which can be enjoyed in the macro shots. Any ‘spots’ you see on the dial in the pictures are dust particles.

The watch is powered by an automatic Cal. 3035 movement which has been examined by our watchmaker.

This timepiece is accompanied by a 24 months guarantee.
