Why it stands out:
– Undamaged enamel case (superficial scratches only).
– Two-tone ‘Observatory’ dial.
– Chronometer movement.
What you should know:
– Some deterioration to plating on steel (see picture No 5)
– Minor spots to dial (bottom right corner).
General information:
The purse watch is in well-preserved condition, showing no significant flaws. Light surface scratches are visible on the black enamel.
The case opens and closes properly, featuring a safety mechanism that prevents it from being opened unless slid in a specific way—designed to avoid accidental opening in a purse or pocket. The movement has been inspected by our watchmaker and runs with good accuracy and a strong, steady tick.
The original inner protective case is still present. The case includes an additional ring designed for attaching chains.
