Description
As many of you may know, it is not easy to find a Ref. 7031 with its original unrestored dial, bezel, hands and most importantly, fitted with the original MK1 ‘Millerighe’ pushers.
These pushers are highly in demand due to the fact they are the same pushers used on high valuable (Paul Newman) Daytona’s from the 60s and 70s. Most of the pushers, both on the vintage Rolex and Tudor pieces, were changed when brought in for service.

Color-full and lively dial with striking orange tones, subtle black/grey composition and royal sized ‘home plate’ lume filled hour markers.
The dial remains in superb condition without any forms of damage. More than often these 7031 and 7032 dials have acquired some form of aging such as pitting, discoloring or loss of lume. The lumed hands show a corresponding colour patina.
The original back acrylic insert bezel shows minimal sings of use (see pictures) and adds to the characteristics of this 50 + years old timepiece.
The steel case shows thick lugs serving as a testament to the (most likely) unpolished case. The case shows normal signs of use in the form of scratches.
Watch is fitted on an original 1970’ dated ref. 7836 bracelet with 282 end links. Bracelet is showing little/normal signs or stretch corresponding to the overal well preserved condition.
Red leather Tudor box (missing display insert) and the original 1971 guarantee indicating the watch was originally purchased in Luzern, Switzerland at Bucherer.
The cal. 7734 movement has been checked and runs well keeping accurate timing. Chronograph function working perfectly as it should.
This watch comes with a 12 month guarantee on mechanical defects.
