The skeletonized dial gives a clear view of the movement inside. It runs on the El Primero 9004 caliber, an automatic movement known for its accuracy. This movement has two escapements—one for regular timekeeping at 5Hz and another for the chronograph at 50Hz, allowing it to measure 1/100th of a second.
The watch includes three sub-dials: a 60-second counter, a 30-minute counter, and a central chronograph seconds hand. A power reserve indicator is located at 12 o’clock.
The transparent case back lets you see the movement in action. The black ceramic bracelet matches the case and is secured with a push-button deployment clasp.
A fixed bezel surrounds the dial, keeping the design clean and modern. Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the front and back. With its high-frequency chronograph and contemporary design, the Defy El Primero 21 Black Ceramic is a stylish and precise choice for watch enthusiasts.
