Yes. Mokum Watches is based in Amsterdam, where viewings are possible by appointment and watches can be collected in person. For buyers abroad, we send additional photos and videos of any watch on request.

Mokum Watches has no website checkout, because a checkout adds fees that end up with the buyer. Payment is agreed personally before each purchase. Bank wire transfer is the simplest and most cost-effective option, and PayPal and debit or credit card are also accepted, among other methods.

Every watch from Mokum Watches comes with a 12-month guarantee covering all mechanical defects, starting from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs within that period, we take care of it. The guarantee does not cover damage from water, dust or dirt, accidents, or improper use. Originality is guaranteed for life.

Mokum Watches ships worldwide free of charge, fully insured and tracked, by DHL Express or a courier of your choice. Every watch is packed with care and usually leaves Amsterdam within 48 hours of payment, with the tracking number sent by email. Delivery takes one to two business days within Europe and usually three to four working days elsewhere, depending on the destination and customs.

Yes. Mokum Watches accepts returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The watch must come back in exactly the condition it was delivered in. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, including any loss or damage in transit, and any import taxes incurred are deducted from the refund.

Every watch at Mokum Watches is inspected in-house before it is offered, and its originality is guaranteed for life: a watch is original unless the listing states otherwise. Each sale includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity recording the watch's specifications and originality.

Service parts, such as replacement hands, and any polishing are stated clearly in the listing description and on the certificate. That standard rests on fifteen years of handling vintage pieces and over 1,500 completed sales.
