Returns

At Mokum Watches, you have the right to return your watch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, with the exception of shipping costs.

When a customer decides to return their purchase, shipping it back to us is the customer's full responsibility, and they will be accountable for any loss or damage during return transit.

All returns must be in the exact same condition as delivered.

Any potential import taxes will be deducted from the refund, although we usually find a way to have a watch returned to us in Amsterdam (EU) without incurring high import duties.
