As more extensively described on the about page, this company is relatively small and keeps all decisions close to home. Yes, we work with professional watchmakers and discuss watches with fellow collectors and dealers here in Amsterdam and elsewhere, but we feel it's worth telling our clients that we like to keep things modest. It means we focus on doing a few things well, rather than spreading ourselves thin.

We haven't opened, and never will open, a line of "accessories" just to make an extra buck. You won't find us flipping Mokum Watches watch rolls or custom straps. That's not our passion, and it's not what we specialize in. Our expertise lies with sourcing good watches and offering them to our customers for market competitive prices.

So what can you expect? Personal contact with me, from the very beginning of your transaction all the way through to the end. You can expect this company to remain close to its goal: offering good watches, first-rate customer engagement and honesty throughout.

As mentioned before, we are well aware that buying a vintage watch is not a carefree procedure. One must be careful regarding its originality and authenticity. Redone dials, replaced movements, service hands and so on. That is why we handle a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of your watch. Meaning, you are guaranteed your watch is original unless stated otherwise. For instance; If we think a watch features service hands, we will mention this clearly in the listing description.

With every watch a signed certificate stating the specifications of that watch and its originality is included.

What if your newly acquired watch starts gaining or losing time, or the date function jams? Every watch comes with a 12-month guarantee covering all mechanical defects, starting from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs within this period, we will take care of it. Note that the guarantee does not cover damage from water, dust or dirt, accidents, or any other damage caused by improper use.

Every watch is thoroughly inspected in-house and regulated to keep its daily rate deviation to a minimum. When a movement needs a full overhaul, we turn to Tempus, one of the finest watch service specialists in the Netherlands. They specialize in high-end vintage watches and consistently deliver excellent work. We also rely on them for crystal replacements and for polishing cases and bracelets back to factory standard. If a watch has been polished, we always say so clearly in the listing description.

Usually, we ship our watches within 24 hours after receipt of payment. All watches are sent via DHL Express or any courier of your personal liking (1-2 business days within Europe, 3-4 days worldwide) and are fully insured. Needless to say, we pack our watches with great care, so no damage can occur during transport.

Obviously, you are more than welcome in Amsterdam to collect your watch in person.

Regarding our return policy, we believe buyers should have a few days to genuinely try the watch. If, within these 14 days, a buyer feels the watch isn't quite what they were looking for, we offer a straightforward return process.
