Warranty

At Mokum Watches, your watch has been thoroughly checked and comes with a 12-month mechanical warranty.

Our watches are mostly driven by mechanical movements and are therefore not as accurate as quartz watches. All wristwatch movements are regulated and will run within the standards of accuracy expected from a mechanical watch.

Customary knowledge and care are necessary; any damage or faults caused by unprofessional handling will not be covered by our warranty. Note that we offer no guarantee against water damage on any of our sold watches.
