Vintage Watches From Amsterdam

More details about this timepiece

Why it stands out:
- Original unrestored radium dial.
- Original long hour hand.
- Unrestored and honest condition (which is rare for this reference).

What you should know:
- Some dial markings (see pictures).
- Later Rolex bracelet.
- Scuffs and scratches on casing (corresponding to age).

General information:
This presented example stands out in its untouched/unrestored condition, a rarity for this particular model. Unlike with other 6150’s, the original MK1 handset with its elongated hour hand and syringe minute hand are still present. Corresponding to the honest condition, the watch boosts an unpolished case. Remarkably, even the original glazed crystal remains present. This watch has been loved and worn for many years by its previous owner(s), yet taken care of tremendously in the sense of originality.
The reference and serial number between the lugs are perfect legible (serial 931.XXX).
The Cal. A296 remains in the same non-altered condition, has been recently serviced and runs with fine accuracy.
