Original cabochon fitted winding crown and an immaculate crystal. The dial remains white, untouched by discoloration, unlike what we often find with many 78087 models. When observed closely with a loop, we see subtle thin hairlines, nicknamed a so-called ‘spider-dial’.
This watch is powered by a Cartier hand wound movement.
The movement has been checked by our watchmaker and runs with fine accuracy.
The original 18K yellow gold buckle and leather strap are present.
Accompanied by red leather Cartier service pouch.
Case dimensions: 21mm x 28mm.
