Description
This watch was presented by Heuer back in 1976 and was only produced for a short period of 4 years until the production was discontinued. Heuer is known to have a history of interesting tool watches with Solunar complications in particular. Well known examples such as the Heuer Skipper or Mareographe are known to fetch incredible prices at leading auction houses over the past years. The deep blue dial is immaculate with a stunning orangish patina on all eleven hour indictions. Date and week day aperture at the three hour position. The heavy and large stainless steel case shows little usage with the exception of some light superficial scratches. Both the serial and reference number between the lugs are perfectly legible. The clean Cal.2790-1 movement runs with superb accuracy and has been checked by our watchmaker. The watch comes with a 12 month guarantee on any mechanical defects (with exception of water and fall damage). The watch comes with a later strap/buckle. Please note we handle an 24 hour purchase/shipment processing policy as all our watches are located in a bank safe. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions, require more pictures/information or if you would like to know our guarantee and return policy. We thank you in advance for your interest in our beloved watches here at Mokum Watches in Amsterdam. |
