Description

Striking and highly attractive early 50s solid gold dress watch. We believe this watch with uncommon French made case is good value for your buck.

The champagne-colored dial has a beautiful even patina, featuring crosshair lines and applied gold arrowhead markers.

The case is marked with several eagle head hallmarks (visible in the macro shot), signifying that it was made for the French market. The case back prominently displays the iconic “Constellation” symbol, which is preserved in remarkable detail as shown in the photos.

Its bumper automatic movement is in good condition and keeps time accurately.
This watch comes with its original red leather Constellation box. The strap and buckle are later additions.
