Description
This early example features a satin brushed silver dial with raised steel indexes. The original unrestored dial remains in fine condition without any serious faults or damage. Original hour and minute hand and what we believe is an early PP service sub seconds hand.
Strong steel case with brushed finishing and concentric brushed snap on case back (three body case made by François Borgel).
Brushed sides, smooth bezel and original winding crown.
The inhouse Cal. 12-120 movement shows fine finishing with wolf tooth winding gears and ‘Côtes du Genève’ platines.
The movement winds, sets and runs as it should.
The watch is fitted on an original period correct black leather Patek Philippe strap and PP stainless steel buckle. Accompanied by a good matching steel bracelet with extra links, red leather PP box with outer box and its extract of archives.
