The watch remains in well-preserved condition, featuring an immaculate dial and a sturdy case with thick lugs. Both the serial and reference numbers between the lugs are perfectly legible. The gold case retains sharp edges, with lugs displaying a clean brushed finish. The fluted bezel remains sharp, though it shows minor scratches on either side. The Cal. 3155 movement is clean and runs with fine accuracy. The watch is fitted on a later leather strap, paired with a gold-plated modern Rolex buckle. Comes with a vintage green leather Rolex box.
