This fine example features a date function and the coveted solid gold dial. Lovely design in combination with the rose gold UG crown and rose gold ‘dauphine’ hands creating a dress watch which stands out.
The all original dial is flawless as can be seen in the pictures, no spots, scratches or faults of any kind.
The strong case looks to be unpolished with all four lugs remaining strong and sturdy. The screw down case back has distinct edges/notches. Very little wear throughout indicating this watch has probably not been worn much throughout its life.
The mesmerizing Cal. 218-2 movement is well known for, obviously, its intriguing micro rotor mechanism. Movement keeps accurate timing and comes with a 12 month guarantee on mechanical defects.
